Integrated Management System Policy

Polibak Plastik Film Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in line with the environment and human-oriented policies determined within the framework of Quality, Hygiene and Product Safety, Environment, Energy, Greenhouse Gas Verification Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management Systems, undertakes the followings;​

• As a company that produces food packaging, to keep the hygiene factors at the highest level and to ensure the health of our people by producing reliable and legal products thanks to the AIB and BRCGS standards being applied.
• Our human resources are our most valuable assets. To be extremely sensitive in the selection of our human resources and to motivate our human resources through continuous improvement and effective communication, and to direct them to our policies and goals.
• To ensure the development and continuous improvement of product safety, quality culture and corporate culture.
• To continuously improve the processes by effective management of the risks.
• To provide the existence of information and necessary resources for the realization of our company goals.
• To increase the performance of the company and production efficiency.
• Promoting active engagement of its people and providing an environment encouraging open communication.
• To be respectful to people and the environment by focusing on protecting our natural environment.
• To reduce waste, increase the recycling rate, reduce the use of natural resources.
• To support the supply of energy efficient systems, products and services that affect energy performance, to consider energy efficiency when designing our processes, to increase energy awareness in our company, to continuously improve our energy performance and energy management system, to increase energy efficiency in our activities, to reduce our energy costs.
• To increase the share of renewable energy resources in overall energy consumption. 
• Considering environmental impacts in all its investments and paying attention to the best available techniques that will help minimize these impacts.
• To carry out activities that will support the sustainable development policy.
• To reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize the damage to the environment, contribute to a sustainable future and reduce our carbon footprint.
• Being aware of the negative impacts of climate change and contributing to related processes.
• Ensuring the implementation, verification, development and updating of ISCC requirements at all critical control points.
• Ensuring information security and business continuity in all its activities.
• To act on our zero-accident principle in occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards that can cause occupational accidents and diseases in our organization, reduce risks, and explore available opportunities and provide a safe working environment.
• Supporting and developing suppliers.
• Developing solutions for industry-specific issues regarding quality, product, occupational health and safety by staying up on technology. 
• To take into account customer demands and complaints, to take remedial actions, to provide continuity in customer satisfaction and the resources needed to fulfill this purpose. 
• To comply with international and national legislations and all other relevant terms and conditions regarding our activities, to make notifications within the framework of the legislation, to keep records.

• To assess the performance of the OHS management system and ensure the continuity to improve the performance by carrying out necessary activities with the contribution of our employees.

Scope of the Integrated Management System

It defines the scope and limits of Polibak Plastik Film Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş.'s integrated management system, internal-external issues, interested parties and conditions, products, and services of the organization.  It also defines the context and overall structure of the organization, as well as the expectations of interested parties.

The scope of the integrated management system refers to the area in which the systems to be installed will be evaluated and appropriately addressed. Senior management is responsible for its approval. Changes in scope and boundary statements are reviewed by senior management.

As the structure of the organization will change over time as a result of technological and legal changes and business opportunities, this document will be reviewed following such major changes (building, process changes, etc.) and updated to meet the effects of these changes.

The scope of this document is applicable to: Foreign Trade, Customs Clearance, Logistics, Activities of Management and Administrative Organization and Processes That Are Associated With These Activities and Related Design and Manufacturing, Extrusion and Slitting of Biaxially Oriented PP films, Cast PP Films & Vacuum Deposition and Slitting of Aluminium-Based Metallized Films and Service Presentations.
